Great video. Good mix of interviews and footage! If you added stage maps and times/leaderboard... one would be hard-pressed to tell this from perfect. It certainly is already on par with the TV show and 2 months quicker! That's a win. :-)

My two cents: the videos are slow to load. Your frontpage appears with just white boxes on it for me, for over 30 seconds. Perhaps you could load a placeholder image while the videos load in the background... or load the first frame of the video, and grey out the play button until you have enough buffer etc. Otherwise something looks a little broken. Note I am on a relatively slow broadband conncetion. Hope that helps.
